Sydni Weller
Hi, I’m Sydni Weller
I believe in the power of creativity to help students discover their voice and see the world with new possibilities. Growing up, art shaped how I understood my identity, culture, and the stories that connect us all. I want to create a classroom that feels alive with curiosity, where every student feels empowered to take risks, explore their ideas, and grow through meaningful, hands-on projects. Through mentorship and encouragement, I hope to build not just skills, but confidence and a lifelong love for making and appreciating art. I am passionate about helping students realize that their perspective matters — and that through art, they have the ability to impact the world around them.
CI 100
This course focused on integrating technology into the classroom in meaningful and effective ways. I learned how to use a variety of digital tools to support student learning, enhance lesson planning, and increase engagement. Through hands-on projects like digital storytelling, screen casting, and creating interactive maps, I developed practical skills that will help me design tech-rich learning experiences for my future students.

Ceramics
Ceramics has become a space where I can slow down, be present, and create with my hands. Through both wheel-throwing and hand-building, I explore form, texture, and storytelling in clay. My work often blends functionality with concept—shaped by themes of growth, identity, and memory. In this section, you’ll find a collection of pieces that reflect not only my technical growth but also the deep personal connection I’ve developed with the medium.
